Have you ever wanted to stretch, or feel that you need to be more flexible, but don’t know how? Moving Stretch is a form of resistance stretching that can help you to stretch in a powerful and intuitive way, helping you to become stronger, more flexible and boost your posture.
Using the power of resistance we re-condition our fascia (the tissue that gives us our shape), freeing us to move better, feel lighter, taller and have great posture.

Resistance stretching is what happens when we wake up, yawn and stretch – we tense all of our muscles and move through that tension, in a powerful and satisfying movement. This is something that humans and animals do naturally, to help keep our bodies in good working order. Resistance stretches are all a lot like this, but include many different movements and techniques and usually less yawning.

Moving Stretch® is a system of resistance stretching, created by Suzanne Wylde, which is simple enough for everyone to use, and is satisfying, safe and effective.
You can either stretch yourself (self-stretching) or get stretched (assisted stretching).
Self-stretching is available through classes in the UK and abroad, with my book; Moving Stretch: Work Your Fascia to Free Your Body or through videos which are coming soon. Assisted stretching sessions are available with trainers in the UK and abroad, check out the Find a Trainer page to check availability in your area.

Our Ethos

Although we are just a small stretching brand, we are growing and it is important to us that we follow some key values. We believe in meeting our clients and students where they are, and following the timetable of their body, so that we can deliver safe and sustainable yet effective results.
We foster an inclusive atmosphere in classes with no emphasis on competition, but paying attention to our own bodies and doing what is best for us as an individual. In one-on-one sessions we listen to the needs of our clients and then agree the best way forward; rather than dictate, we collaborate.
Stretching is more than being able to do the splits; this type of stretching is about movement, staying free to move and opening up into good posture. It is not about forcing the body, but asking it to change and supporting its needs in terms of strength and flexibility to make it safe to do so.
Our trainers are encouraged to follow the highest standards yet think outside the box and are some of the nicest people we know. To sum up, our core values include; compassion, innovation, reliability and flexibility. GSOH essential.
