What We’re Doing
You will have the chance to join in with a Moving Stretch demonstration (this is optional!). We will run through some great whole-body warm-up stretches, and then move through different areas of the body, leaving people feeling lighter, freer and more energised.
Suzanne will chat briefly about the origin of the system, the rise in popularity of resistance stretching, bringing it to the UK and how it can benefit people in their health, performance, posture and life. There will be time for Q&A and Suzanne is happy to sign books, which are available to purchase.
