FAQ for Sessions

Where is it?
Wednesdays: Southwark (Breathe Therapy Rooms, within the Colombo Centre, Colombo Street, SE1 8DP)
Thursdays: Covent Garden (Breathe Therapy Rooms, within Jubilee Hall Gym, The Piazza, WC2E 8BE)
Fridays: Camden (Triyoga, 57 Jamestown Road, NW1 7DB)

Do I need to bring anything like gym wear with me?
Although it is easier to stretch in gym clothes or other stretchy clothes, if you don’t happen to have any with you that’s fine, we can work around a lot of different clothes.
How can I pay?
For sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays you can pay by bank transfer or cash, and on Fridays you can also pay by card. You can also pay by card on Weds and Thurs if you booked online using the booking system.
Will I be sore afterwards?
It can feel a little like you’ve done a workout but that is completely natural, just keep moving and drinking water.
Do I have to fill in any forms?
There is an intake form, if you would like to fill it out in advance you can download it here and then print it out and bring it with you, otherwise we will do it at the beginning of your session. It only takes a couple of minutes

If I can’t make my session do I still have to pay for it?
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy so if you cancel outside of that time there is no charge and within that time the full fee is payable.
Is there anything I shouldn’t do before my session?
Suzanne cannot treat you if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol so remember not to have a boozy lunch! You may feel uncomfortable if you have a very full stomach, but it is can be a little demanding, so do not come famished either.
I’m not sure that stretching or acupuncture is right for me and the issue I have.
It is sometimes hard to say what issues will respond to which treatments, and this also varies a lot from person to person, so a session may be required in order to see if it helps you or not. However, feel free to email Suzanne to ask.
What is the best way to contact Suzanne?
By email to: hello@movingstretch.com.
